RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How long does it take to receive the orders?
We are currently experiencing a very high order volume, and shipping time might be longer than usual.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping will take around 3-9 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. We currently ship to 75+ countries. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Shipping is FREE for orders over $85 / €80 / £70.
Do you ship to my country?
We excluded countries we can not ship to, from checking out. This means if you are able to check-out, we can ship to your country.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent via email, followed by the link to geolocate your package.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
What are the return rules?
You can return a product for any reason within 30-days guaranteed. No questions asked.
We do not charge a return fee.

When will I get my money back?
Once we received your return, we will send you money back the day the return package arrives.
It may take up to 3-5 business days for the bank to process this.
When will I receive my cashback?
In some cases we offer cashbacks, to prevent any hassles with returning the products and to compensate for any dissatisfaction.
When the cashback is approved it will be reflected on your bank account within 3-5 business days, you will get an e-mail about this.

All our clothes are based on standard sizing and most of the products come with a tailor made size chart.
To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend consulting the size chart before placing your order.
If you prefer a more relaxed / comfortable fit, consider going one size up.
For a slimmer, more tailored look, stick with your usual size.

We source our fabrics and materials on a global scale as each fabric might be cheaper in a different market.
